Our commitment

We want The Sensitive Skin Lab to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a working standard, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build.

What we do

• Use clear, high-contrast colours and readable text sizes.
• Structure pages with proper headings and labels so they work with screen readers and keyboard navigation.
• Make the site responsive so it works on phones, tablets and desktops.
• Write in plain English wherever we can.

Known limitations

The site is developed continuously, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard. Where we find gaps, we prioritise fixing them.
