Ingredient lists run in order of quantity. The top few are what the product mostly is. Here's how to read a label in seconds.

The shortcut: ingredients are listed in order of how much is in the product, highest first. So the first five are essentially what the product is; anything past the halfway point is usually present in tiny amounts.

You do not need to read all forty lines, glance at the top for the base, then scan for your own triggers.
