Did you know?
Did you know an old, opened product can become more irritating?
Some scent ingredients become stronger allergens once they oxidise in an opened bottle. Here's why 'it used to be fine' happens.

Why “it used to be fine”: scent compounds like linalool and citrus oils are fairly weak allergens when fresh, but once a product has been open and exposed to air for months, they oxidise and become more likely to trigger a reaction.
If an old favourite suddenly starts to sting or itch, oxidation may be the reason. Check use-by and period-after-opening symbols.
More detail: Linalool.
